The Board approved the minutes from the May 12, 2005 school board meetings as presented.
Superintendent Ned Speicher and architect Greg Drennen reported on the financing of the proposed construction projects.
The Board approved the low bid by Hasser Construction of $209,789 to replace the Frankton Jr.-Sr. High School gym floor and approved the Alternate of $44,900 for bleacher replacement.
The Board approved the extended care program fees for 2005-06.
The Board approved a resolution to reduce the 2005 Capital Projects Fund plan to pay for the Pension Bonds in the Debt Service Fund.
The Board approved for the school corporation to advertise for bids on gasoline, diesel fuel, and fuel oil.
The Board approved the following gifts:
Frankton Elementary: - $200 from the Madison County Just Say No for the Just Say No club
The Board approved invoices for construction services for April 2005 from the architect.
The Board approved a recommendation by food service director Ruth Iser to keep the cost of school lunch and breakfast the same for the 2005-06 school year.
The lunch prices are as follows:
Elementary, $1.45
Jr.-Sr. High, $1.55
Reduced, 80¢
Adults, $2.35.
Breakfast prices are as follows:
Students, 80¢
Reduced, 30¢
Adult, $1.25.
The Board approved the school nutrition program with the Department of Education for 2004-05.
The Board approved the courses and staffing for summer school.

Board Member John Henderson wished the Frankton girls softball team good luck in the state finals.
