The Board approved the minutes from the November 13, 2014 school board meeting as presented.
The Board acknowledged Lapel Elementary School, who provided the information on the bulletin board for December.
Lapel High School English teacher Jerry Kemerly and students Lexie Allen, Grace Rusche, Seth Voegele, and Nigel Wilson reported on their trip to Europe. The Board approved for Lapel High School students to take the trip to Europe in the Fall of 2015.
Superintendent Bobby Fields reported on the health insurance claims for November 2014.
The Board approved to accept the bid of Todd & Chris Sears to farm the Lapel farm ground for 2015-16.
The Board approved a tentative date for the Academic Hall of Fame Banquet for the Class of 2015 of March 9, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at the Madison Park Church. The banquet recognizes all members of the Class of 2015 with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
The Board approved a $3,000,000 line of credit from First Merchants Bank, if needed, to offset any shortfall of the school corporation’s property tax payments.

The Board approved the change in the Hamilton-Boone-Madison Special Services Cooperative. Westfield-Washington School Corporation is leaving the cooperative.
The Board approved the 2015 insurance proposal as presented by First Merchants Insurance Group-Pendleton.
The Board approved for notification of the 2015 school board meetings to any newspaper requesting the information.

The Board approved for Chuck Covell, FLCS bus driver, to use his bus to take the members of Boys Scout Troop 398 in Frankton to the Indiana State House on January 10, 2015.
