Dear Staff, Students, and Parents,

Due to the impending weather forecast, school will operate on a synchronous (live) e-learning schedule tomorrow to ensure the safety of our students and staff while maintaining continuity of instruction.

Students will participate in live, real-time instruction with their teachers following their regular class schedules. Building administration and teachers will communicate specific login details, expectations, and support information through their usual platforms.

Please ensure that students:

• Log in on time for each scheduled class
• Have their devices charged and ready
• Contact their teacher or school office if technical assistance is needed

Staff should report remotely and be available during scheduled instructional times.
